How It All Began
Sarah Carson needed the perfect dress that could do it all, but that dress didn’t exist. So, she made it herself.
Inspired by her great grandmother and go-getter women who do it all, former Wall Street DIY-er Sarah Carson launched Leota in 2011 on the principles of empowerment, femininity and optimism. What began with one perfect dress has become a closet full of perfect.
Leota is now a complete women’s fashion line offering 4 collections per year carried in more than 400 fine retailers globally. Leota has evolved into one of the fastest-growing, women-led companies in the U.S. Flattering fit, amazing fabric and vibrant prints are the hallmarks of Leota.
Every detail is designed by women, for women, to flatter a range of body types with the perfect amount of pretty and practical. Whether you’re a boss, a mom, or all that and more, Leota has your back!
Fashion For Real Life
From power lunch to date night, Leota pairs equally well with PowerPoint or prosecco. Whatever your body type, we’ve got you covered beautifully with wearable styles in incredibly comfortable silhouettes and fabrics that fit and flatter every figure. We promise.
Do the right thing
We believe in socially responsible fashion. That's why we ethically manufacture our collections under the strictest international standards. We are proud to create local jobs and sustainable global growth. We donate 5% to causes that matter to women and give away every unsold item to women in need. Most brands destroy dead stock, making fashion the 2nd most polluting industry after oil and gas.
