Returns and Exchanges

HASSLE FREE RETURNS
- If your order was made through a third party vendor (ex. A boutique or department store such as Nordstroms or Bloomingdales) please contact their customer service team to make your return.
- All returns must be processed through our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the order. If the product is unused and unworn, you can choose to receive a store credit or a full refund back to the original form of payment.
- PLEASE NOTE: Final Sale, Sample Sale and Outlet Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items with prices ending in $.99 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- We do NOT do exchanges for any international orders
- Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from orders.
Returns are easy using our return portal here.
All returns are subject to a $9.95 charge which will be deducted from your order once the return is processed. The customer is required to pay shipping on return orders sent from outside the U.S.
For exchanges, follow the returns process through the returns portal here. Exchanges must be same style but can be exchanged for different size.
Merchandise received as a gift that was purchased on Leota.com may be returned for an exchange or gift card of same amount.
All orders using Paypal or Amazon pay will be refunded to your original form of payment.
