• Full-price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned after 30 days can be returned for store credit. Items cannot be returned after 90 days.
• Sale merchandise cannot be returned at any time. All sales are final.

• Sample sale merchandise cannot be returned at any time. All sales are final.
• Worn, altered or washed merchandise cannot be returned at any time. All items being returned must be in the original condition, and all tags and packaging must be attached.
We provide a Return form and prepaid return label in every order deducting the cost of shipping for your return credit. Leota.com offers UPS return labels only for domestic return addresses. The customer is required to pay shipping on return orders sent from outside the U.S. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error. Upon receipt of returned goods, Leota reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements. Download a Return form

Merchandise received as a gift that was purchased on Leota.com may be returned for a full refund on the original form of payment. You may also return merchandise for a Leota.com Gift Card. A Return form with instructions is enclosed in your order — simply indicate which method you prefer. If you do not have the form, download it or contact Leota Customer Care online or at 800-761-2850 between 9 AM and 6 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
When you use PayPal to pay for your order, we will refund your order according to our policy, with the following exceptions:
• Merchandise returned to our warehouse will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account.
