United StatesI got compliments on this dress the first time I wore it and it fits well and is comfortable to wear. I was a little surprised by the tie at the back of the neck --- this feature isn't super visible in the online photos so I was expecting a button clasp or hook-and-eye closure. It just feels a little lumpy having a smallish bow at the back of my neck. The fabric is also deceptively heavy, but it doesn't diminish my enjoyment of the dress. Overall I'm very happy with this addition to my wardrobe!!!
United StatesI have the Mindy in 2 other patterns, and on this one the arm holes are slightly smaller and the shoulders seem a bit wider. Not huge differences but worth nothing. The style is great and I love it!
United StatesThis is actually my second Mindy dress. The dress is really beautiful but I find it hard to get just the right fit. My first one was far too big, even when ordering a size down. This time, I ordered two sizes down and it fits much better, although the skirt doesn’t drape quite like the picture. Still, I sure this dress will be on regular rotation.

United StatesI am absolutely in love with the Mindy dress. I have to dress up for work every day and leota dresses in general have become my go to. I refer to the mindy dress as the yoga pants of work dresses. It’s so comfortable and flattering that I get tons of complements on its professional look but at the same time I am so comfortable. I would highly recommend this dress to anyone that is in a professional workplace. I am 5’8” and 160 pounds and I wear a medium, it fits perfectly!!
