Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns if redo coverage was purchased.
If you purchased Redo with your order, please submit a return in our return portal here.
You will receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise, less shipping costs.
In your return package, include the item you are returning in its original, unused condition with original tags, packaging, and protective liner intact (if applicable). We are unable to accept items with signs of wear, heavy perfume, or smoke. Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear bottoms are non-returnable.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you purchased redo with your order, you can easily return and select your items for exchange through our return portal here.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
