International Shipping Policies

Please input all order information in English. 

Leota ships worldwide, and all international orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. Please email logistics@leota.com with any overseas shipping questions/concerns.

Additional fees such as sales tax, customs and duties fees are the responsibility of the customer for both domestic and international transactions.

International shipments are sent via UPS International and all orders over $200 are free; for expedited shipping or orders under $200 total freight charges will be determined at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

For domestic orders, you will receive your order within 3-5 business days of purchase, if order is placed by noon EST. Orders placed on the weekend are shipped the following business day. The day after purchase, a shipping notification with your tracking information will be sent to the email provided. If your item(s) is in stock and you need it delivered faster, please contact us at care@leota.com so we may expedite your package. Additional shipping charges will apply. 

As we ship via UPS we cannot ship any orders to addresses containing a PO box.

Returns

COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS

• Full-price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Items cannot be returned after 30 days.  

• Sale merchandise can only be returned for store credit

• Sample sale merchandise cannot be returned at any time. All sales are final.

• Items can only be exchanged once, any additional return or exchanges are responsibility of the customer.

• Worn, altered or washed merchandise cannot be returned at any time. All items being returned must be in the original condition, and all tags and packaging must be attached.

We provide a prepaid UPS return label in every order; to return simply attach this label to the package.  

UPS return labels are only for domestic return addresses; the customer is required to pay shipping on return orders sent from outside the U.S.

Shopping Online

Q Can I use a discount code during a sale?

Discount codes cannot be used during sales promotions.

Q How do I track my order?

For all online orders, you will be emailed at time of shipment with shipping confirmation and UPS tracking number.

Q What about partial orders?

If you order several items, we ship in-stock items immediately and ship outstanding items as soon as they are complete.

Q Can I order from Leota by telephone?

We are happy to take your order by phone. Please call our customer care Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM EST at (800)-761-2850.

Q Does Leota charge sales tax?

Leota only charges sales tax on orders sent within the state of New York.

Complimentary Returns

• Full-price merchandise may be returned for a refund within 10 days of the delivery date.

• Full-price items returned between 11-20 days after the delivery date may be returned for store credit.

• Items may not be returned after 20 days.

• All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.

• Sample sale merchandise cannot be returned at any time. All sales are final.

Can I try on specific styles at my appointment? 

We do our best to carry a wide range of styles, but we can’t promise to have every style on a given day. If you have a special request, please make a note in your appointment form and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Do I get to leave with my purchases?

We carry a curated selection of styles at the Leota Boutique and you may choose to leave with your purchase or have us ship it to your doorstep free of charge. Anything you select that we don't have at the Boutique will ship from our warehouse to your home or office. If you have time constraints or are visiting internationally, let us know and we'll do all we can to accommodate you.

How long will it take to receive my items?

It depends where you live! We use UPS Ground for all orders placed with free shipping. If you live in the New York area, it should take 1-2 business days for your items to arrive. If your items are shipped outside New York and in the U.S., it should take 3-5 business days. You’ll be notified of your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you require faster delivery, you can choose the express option for an additional charge. We hand deliver within Manhattan same-day.
*Please note: National holidays are not considered business days and add an extra day or two to shipping time.

I've shopped with you before. Do you know what I already own?

We sure do. Our stylists will review your profile to determine what you have and love (or have returned!) to make sure we select items to suit your style.

What's your return policy?

Easy. Full price items, unworn and unaltered with original tags attached can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. A prepaid return label will be included in your order. Feel free to call (800) 761-2850 or email care@leota.com if you need help locating your label. All sale items and samples are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged at any time.

 

Can I bring a guest?

We can accommodate 3 guests at a time so we can ensure you get all the time and attention you deserve. If you’d like to bring someone along, please sign them up when you book your appointment.

How long is an appointment?

One hour—and we hope it will be your most productive (and pleasant) shopping experience to date.

Can I host a private event at the Leota Boutique?

We love to host groups! Please email care@leota.com with your inquiry and our team will do our best to accommodate you.

Are there fees associated with having a stylist?

No, your visit is complimentary and so is the stylist.

Leota takes your privacy seriously. Leota will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone.

When you visit ww.shopleota.com we do not collect your name, email or any other personal information until you register or place an order with us.
After you place an order at Leota online, we use your information to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation with UPS tracking number in it. Occasionally, we may need to contact you by postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order.

We would like you to have an enjoyable and secure shopping experience at Leota online; therefore, protecting your credit card information is important to us.
