WHAT CREDIT CARDS DOES LEOTA ACCEPT?
Leota accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
For all online orders, you will be emailed at time of shipment with shipping confirmation and UPS tracking number.
WHAT ABOUT PARTIAL ORDERS?
If you order several items, we ship in-stock items immediately and ship outstanding items as soon as they are complete.
CAN I ORDER FROM LEOTA BY TELEPHONE?

DOES LEOTA CHARGE SALES TAX?
Leota only charges sales tax on orders sent within the state of New York.
A SPECIAL NOTE TO THOSE ORDERING A GIFT?
If you are ordering an item as a gift, please call us to check availability. Because all of our items are made to order, your order may not be available to ship immediately. We will do our best to prioritize your order to ensure your gift is sent on time.

RETURN CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
Leota wants you to be completely satisfied with your order, so if something is not right, please let us know. We do not offer refunds; If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back within 10 days from the date your item was delivered and we will be happy to provide you with leota.com store credit. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. Leota has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.
Please contact email@example.com with your order number along with a brief reason for your exchange for a return authorization # or for any other exchanges inquiries - only orders with return authorization #'s will be accepted.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered and should be sent prepaid.
Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as Leota is not responsible for any returned packages not received.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, return authorization #, and the items you are exchanging for.
If you receive a damaged/defective or mis-shipped item, you must notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please email email@example.com or contact by phone Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-6:00 Pm EST at (800)-761-2850 within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.
Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES?
Leota ships worldwide! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any overseas shipping questions/concerns.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties and fees.
International shipments are sent via UPS International and total freight charges will be determined at checkout.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All of our items are made by hand in New York and, in most cases, are made to order. For this reason, on average, your order will ship within 3-5 business days. If the item is immediately available, it will ship within 2 business days. A shipping notification including tracking will be sent to the email provided the day after purchase. If your item(s) is in stock and you need it delivered faster, please contact us at email@example.com so we may expedite your package. Additional shipping charges will apply.
SAME DAY SHIPPING
Same day shipping is only offered on products as advertised, for domestic deliveries, on orders placed before 9:00 am Eastern Standard time.
Orders placed after 9am EST will ship the following business day.
Leota products are shipped by UPS or USPS. Shipping charges to your location will be calculated at checkout.

Please provide us with the exact email address you used to register or to order with us and we will make sure your name and address is removed from the list.
When you visit ww.shopleota.com we do not collect your name, email or any other personal information until you register or place an order with us.
After you place an order at Leota online, we use your information to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation with UPS tracking number in it. Occasionally, we may need to contact you by postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order.
We would like you to have an enjoyable and secure shopping experience at Leota online; therefore, protecting your credit card information is important to us.
